Vengeance Studio Free Distribution License

This license applies only to the following Vengeance Studio Products:

• Vengeance Flight Assist

It does not apply to other products you may have received at the same time.

You may give the licensed product away for free, by itself or with other products, with the following provisions:

• Include the full product, without any additions, deletions or modifications, except as noted below. The full product may be distributed in one of two ways:

  To distribute the licensed product by itself, not as part of another product, include the unaltered folder or package the licensed product came in and all of its original, unaltered contents, and add nothing to that folder or package, or any subfolder. If you did not receive the product from Vengeance Studio or do not remember if you have altered, renamed, added or deleted anything, it is best that you obtain a new copy from Vengeance Studio before distributing it so that you can be sure the package you will distribute is complete and unaltered.

  To distribute the licensed product with another product, include either the packaged version as distributed by Vengeance Studio, or include all of the contents of the unpackaged product folder. If you are not sure you have all of the original contents, please obtain a new copy from Vengeance Studio. You may substitute for the included landmark a landmark for any Vengeance Studio property that distributes the product. Please be sure the landmark includes the name Vengeance Studio and the name of the property. Please do not make any other changes to the product.

  Instructions for obtaining both the packaged and unpackaged versions of the product are found in the "Acquire" section of the product's Vengeance Studio web page.

• If the licensed product is a wearable object or a HUD attachment, please distribute it with the original attachment point intact. For example, if it is intended to be attached to the lower right corner of the HUD, please be sure that is the set attachment point before you distribute the product, so that the recipient may simply "wear" it. If you are not sure that the attachment point is set to its original state, please obtain a new copy from Vengeance Studio.
• Do not state or imply that Vengeance Studio endorses your product or collaborated in its creation. Do not state or imply that the licensed product is of your own making.
• It is not required that you mention Vengeance Studio or the licensed product in any advertising, packaging or other documentation, but if you do mention the inclusion of the licensed product, please mention it by name or include the name Vengeance Studio. For example, "includes Vengeance Flight Assist" and "includes a flight assist script by Vengeance Studio" are both acceptable, but "includes a flight assist script" is not.
• Do not sell the licensed product for more than L$0. You may distribute it with a product of your own making that costs more than L$0 provided it is made clear to the recipient that you are not charging for the Vengeance Studio product.

Vengeance Studio would like but does not require notification that you are distributing the licensed product from a vendor or store, or with another product.
